Hope-Lit Letters

Hi! My name is Kassie McDowell, and I am so glad you visited my blog.

Elisabeth Elliot once said, “Hope is not a wish; it’s a conviction.”

Life is a weaving of both sorrow and sweetness, and hope becomes the steady anchor as we’re carried between the two. In Christ, hope is not a wish—it is secure, alive, and certain.

The purpose of this blog is to actively remember the hope we have in Him—to return, again and again, to what is true.

This is my prayer for this space:

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” (Romans 15:13)
